Freelance UI/UX Mobile App Designer (Remote)

Contract freelance role for a senior UI/UX product designer to help design cutting-edge mobile commerce interfaces. Hourly compensation: $45 USD/hour. 100% remote with flexible working hours.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes for iOS and Android application features.
  • Build and maintain reusable Figma component design systems following modern Material 3 and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Deliver developer-ready design tokens, responsive auto-layout frames, and interactive click-through prototypes.
  • Collaborate with front-end mobile engineers to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity during implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, FigJam, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
  • Strong portfolio illustrating end-to-end design thinking and real published mobile products.
  • Clear communication skills for asynchronous remote collaboration.

Compensation & Engagement Terms

Contract length: 3 to 6 months with potential extension. Estimated workload: 20–30 hours per week at $45 USD per hour. Invoices settled directly via milestone agreements on DealDone.
