About the Role & Architecture

Join a fast-moving engineering team building next-generation marketplace software. In this role, you will lead the architecture of our unified Kotlin Multiplatform codebases spanning Android, iOS, and WebAssembly, alongside scalable Ktor backend services.

  • Architect shared business logic, state flows, and networking layers using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
  • Build reusable declarative UI components using Compose Multiplatform across mobile and browser runtimes.
  • Implement resilient REST and WebSocket APIs using Ktor, Coroutines, and asynchronous event streams.
  • Maintain clean domain boundaries adhering to Clean Architecture and MVI design patterns.

Key Requirements & Stack Expertise

  • 5+ years of production Kotlin development experience (Android or backend JVM).
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform.
  • Deep understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, StateFlow, SharedFlow, and structured concurrency.
  • Experience deploying microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with WebAssembly (Wasm) target compilation and browser interop is a strong plus.
